Here’s the third part to: SHOES OF THE FORGOTTEN WORLD
If you missed part 1 & 2, read them here and here. If you didn’t, then congrats on being a top banana.
Here’s the last pair of forgotten shoes I’d like to share with you:
MUSTARD SPICE GIRL WEDGES
These have serious spice girl attitude. They look like they could have been bought in the 90’s. Heck, maybe they were. Who knows.
All I know is that they give me girl power (and extra height, ta very much for that)
The reason I picked them out (apart from them being my fave colour) was because they look a bit flat formy. And flat forms are ‘IN’ right now. So I thought it was kinda relevant and all that jazz.
My first impressions of flat forms were pretty negative. I found flat forms a bit ugly. I thought they looked like someone had strapped a piece of polystyrene to the bottom of your feet and gone ‘Yep, now that’s fashionable‘.
It annoyed me. I thought ‘No, it’s not. It’s kinda ugly’
But THEN I started to come round to the idea. I mean, look at these jazzy flat forms here. I get it, it’s quirky.
So I know these aren’t strictly flatforms. They’re more of a wedge, but they kinda reminded me of this ugly/pretty thing that flatforms have going on.
They’re ugly duckling shoes, but they’re also fun and silly. And any shoes that make me feel like Baby Spice score highly in my books.

So jazzy. So get yourself some 90’s kicks people
